  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, pets are permitted in select older units only. Please contact our office in advance to confirm pet-friendly availability and any applicable requirements.


  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in: 2:00 PM

    Check-out: 10:00 AM


  • Is there an additional charge for extra guests?

    Yes. An additional $10 per person fee applies for guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit. Occupancy limits vary depending on the size and type of accommodation.


  • Is there a cleaning fee?

    Yes. A cleaning fee of $85–$135 applies, depending on the unit.


  • Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes! We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.


  • Is smoking allowed?

    No. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our rental units.


  • Is a deposit required to reserve a condo?

    Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your condo.


  • Is there a minimum stay?

    Yes. The minimum stay is 2 nights.


  • Boats & Fishing:

    Bring your boat and enjoy a day on the lake! Find information about boating, fishing, and everything you need to make the most of your stay.

  • Can non-guests use the boat launch?

    Yes, non-guests may use our boat launch. Please stop by the resort office upon arrival to let us know you are using the launch.

    **Boat launch fee: $10 cash only.**


  • Do you have boat slips?

    Yes! We have 3 docks with a total of 38 boat slips available.


  • Do you rent boats at the resort?

    Yes, boat rentals are available. Please contact our office for current availability, rates, and rental information.


  • Do the boat docks have electricity?

    Yes. Electrical hookups are available at our docks.


  • Where is the resort located on the lake?

    Our resort is located on the Osage Arm of Lake of the Ozarks, at approximately the 1-mile marker, right by the Grand Glaize Bridge in Osage Beach, Missouri.
